UP1-TB/HD Turbo Ballast - Heavy Duty Flexible Impeller Pump 120 l/min
€ 248,00
Self-priming electric water pump with a flow rate up to 120 l/min, designed to ensure efficiency, reliability and continuous operation during ballast filling and draining processes, even under prolonged operating conditions. The self-lubricating technopolymer pump body, combined with a flexible EPDM impeller, ensures a very low friction coefficient, consistent performance and long service life, improving overall efficiency and contributing to reduced power consumption. This version is optimized for reduced current draw, making it ideal for heavy-duty applications and continuous-duty operation, with lower thermal stress and consequently high long-term operational reliability. The reversible design guarantees identical flow rates in both flow directions and constant current draw during motor reversal, ensuring electrical system stability. Manufactured in compliance with ISO 8846 and ISO 8849 standards, it is suitable for use in marine environments on both recreational and professional vessels.

Fluids
Allowed:
Water (fresh water and salt water), up to 60 °C
Not allowed:
Petrol (gasoline)
Solvents
Flammable liquids with flashpoint below 38 °C
Liquids with viscosity above 20 cSt
Corrosive chemical products
Installation notes
Install a correctly rated fuse (30 A on 12V, 20 A on 24V) and a switch. The warranty expires if no fuse is used.
Use 4 mm² (12 AWG) cable, sized to the distance between pump and battery.
Not suitable for switching (PWM) applications because of the built-in EMI filter.
Continuous operation at pressures up to 50% of maximum; higher pressure and current draw only in on/off cycles so the motor can cool down.
Replace the rubber impeller every season or every 500 hours.
Do not run the pump dry for more than a few minutes.
