The Marco UP12-PV/DX is a self-priming unit with two connected electric pumps featuring helical PEEK gears and an integrated non-return (check) valve. Nickel-plated brass body and fittings, stainless steel shaft. The two pumps work together to double the flow rate compared to a single UP12-PV, while keeping steady pressure and low pulsation.
Available in 12V (16430612) and 24V (16430613). Use the voltage selector to choose your version.
Description
Marco UP12-PV/DX dual PEEK gear pump
The UP12-PV/DX is built for applications that need a high, constant flow of diesel or fresh water: fuel transfer on board, refuelling stations, water pressure boosting and industrial transfer lines.
How it works
Two PEEK helical gear pumps are mounted on a common base and connected in parallel, each with its own motor, and both feed through a built-in check valve. The result is a compact unit delivering 72 litres per minute (19 gpm) at 2 bar (29 psi) from a 12V or 24V supply.
Materials and reliability
Pump body and connections are nickel-plated brass, the shaft is stainless steel. PEEK gears tolerate diesel, oil products and fresh water, run quietly thanks to the helical tooth profile, and the self-priming design means no manual priming after installation.

Installation notes
Electrical installation
Install a correctly rated fuse (70 A on 12V, 40 A on 24V) and a switch. Warranty expires if no fuse is used. Use 4 mm2 (12 AWG) cable, sized to the distance between pump and battery.
Not suitable for switching (PWM) applications because of the built-in EMI filter.
Operating limits
Ambient temperature -10 to +60 °C. Continuous operation at pressures up to 50% of maximum; higher pressure and current draw only in on/off cycles, so the motor can cool down.
ISO 8846 compliant device. Always mount the anti-vibration rubber fittings supplied with the kit.
