High-performance self-priming pressurization system consisting of two pumps connected and managed by an integrated electronic control that automatically regulates motor speed according to the required flow rate, ensuring maximum efficiency, reduced energy consumption, and particularly quiet operation. The integrated control system actively protects the pumps against overload and continuously monitors operation through two indicator LEDs. It also includes automatic shut-off with a “tank empty” warning for enhanced safety and reliability. The compact 0.3-liter expansion vessel, integrated into the system, helps stabilize pressure and protect the system against water hammer and sudden pressure surges. The PCS control panel is included in the kit.

Installation notes
The electrical installation must include a protection fuse rated as indicated on the motor label. The warranty expires if no fuse is used.
Use a cable of the correct section for the distance between pump and battery (6 mm² / 10 AWG as indicated in the motor data).
Fit the anti-vibration rubber mounts supplied with the pump.
Use an inlet filter, especially with fluids containing impurities, and keep it clean.
An accumulator tank of at least 1/2 liter is needed with short, rigid pipes or solenoid valves, to avoid water hammer that could damage the pressure sensor.
Additional pressure regulators or non-return valves on the delivery side may interfere with the electronic pressure sensor.
When starting the pump or emptying the tank, slightly open the small air vent valve to let air out, then close it once the pump is running. Use at least 1 m of flexible tubing on the outlet side.
Do not run the pump dry for more than a few minutes.
