The Marco UP14-PV/DX is a self-priming unit with two connected electric pumps featuring helical PEEK gears and an integrated non-return (check) valve. Nickel-plated brass body and fittings, stainless steel shaft. Main application: diesel and water transfer.
Available in 12V (16450612) and 24V (16450613). Use the voltage selector to choose your version.
Description
Marco UP14-PV/DX dual PEEK gear pump
Self-priming water pressure system with two connected pumps featuring helical gears in PEEK and a built-in non-return valve. Body and fittings are nickel-plated brass and the shaft is stainless steel. Main application: diesel and water transfer.
Performance
Two pumps work together to deliver up to 92 litres per minute (24.3 gpm) at a maximum pressure of 2 bar (29 psi), with self-priming up to 3 m. Ports are 3/4" BSPP, recommended hose 19 mm.

Installation notes
Electrical installation
Install a correctly rated fuse (70 A on 12V, 40 A on 24V) and a switch. Warranty expires if no fuse is used. Use 4 mm2 (12 AWG) cable, sized to the distance between pump and battery.
Not suitable for switching (PWM) applications because of the built-in EMI filter.
Operating limits
Ambient temperature -10 to +60 °C. Continuous operation at pressures up to 50% of maximum; higher pressure and current draw only in on/off cycles, so the motor can cool down.
ISO 8846 compliant device. Always mount the anti-vibration rubber fittings supplied with the kit.
